I recently had the pleasure of meeting John and Josh after they took over the Midas shop in Hoover, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I brought my car in, they demonstrated professionalism, honesty, and a genuine commitment to customer service. John and Josh quickly and accurately identified the issues with my vehicle, clearly explained what needed to be repaired, and got to work right away. Their knowledge and attention to detail gave me confidence that my car was in good hands. What stood out most was how expeditiously they handled everything without sacrificing quality. The repairs were completed promptly, and my car is now running better than it has in a long time. It's refreshing to find a shop that combines technical expertise with outstanding customer care. If you're looking for trustworthy mechanics who truly care about their customers, I highly recommend John and Josh at Midas in Hoover. They've earned my business and future referrals.

These guys are the best! We had tire issues and they were nice enough to check them at no cost. If we need more maintenance in our van we will definitely be back!

I had an awesome experience at Midas today. I have been to a lot of places to have work done on my cars but the service here was so amazing. Donnell was the manager and I can't say enough about how he made this experience great. He was very helpful and honest about what services I needed done to my car. He also made sure nothing was done to the car without me knowing. Which means I was not charged for services I did not approve. He made sure I knew ever detail of the service. He was also extremely kind. A person's attitude can make the experience even better. Steven was my service tech and he also made sure I was aware of things I needed and didn't need. He was very professional and I appreciate the service provided. I will definitely come back to have my car serviced here. Thank you Donnell and Steven.
